-FAQs- Cookidough Style

Do you sell baked cookies as well as the dough?

Yes! I sell individually packaged baked cookies at farmers markets and events. I'm at Swank Farm Farmers Market on Saturdays and Gardens GreenMarket on Sundays. I also do custom orders for larger quantities (24+). You can go to the "Contact Us" tab and send me an email for any inquiries.

Do I need to defrost the dough before baking?

Nope! Gringuita CookiDough goes directly from the freezer to the baking sheet and into the oven. For bakery-style results, use an aluminum baking sheet at room temperature. Avoid using silicone baking mats; the dough is finicky and won't come out as pretty if you use silicone.

How long does the dough last?

The frozen CookiDough lasts 6 months in your freezer, just keep that pouch sealed!

Does the frozen dough contain preservatives?

No way! These cookies are as close to homemade as Grandma's (just a lot bigger and, let's face it, better. Sorry Grandma). I use all natural ingredients and everything is bought locally, with the exception of the dulce de leche imported from Argentina (it's so worth it, trust me).

Will you expand your menu?

In Uruguay, I had nine cookies on my menu. I would love to bring some of those flavors back one day! For now, I wholesale my four original flavors to stores and occasionally have specials that are available for pick up at the farmers markets or pop up events.
